I certify that the facts set forth in this Adoption Application for Found Rescue are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any false statements, omissions, or misrepresentations may result in the denial of my application or the immediate reclamation of any adopted animal by the rescue. I authorize Found Rescue to investigate any of the facts set forth in this application and release Found Rescue from any liability in doing so. I also understand that Found Rescue may contact any personal, landlord, or veterinary references listed on this application.

I acknowledge and understand that submitting this application does not guarantee an adoption. I may withdraw my application at any time prior to finalizing the adoption, just as Found Rescue reserves the right to deny my application or terminate the adoption process at any time, with or without cause or notice, at their sole discretion.
